news regarding Blood Ties
I wrote to Lifetime last week, in regards to the final two episodes of the show that are not being shown on-air. This is what I said:
I've seen on Tanya Huff's blog that the last two episodes of the season will not air on television, but instead only online. Is there a particular reason for this really bad decision? Not all the viewers have access to a stable internet connection, or hi-speed connection, or a computer at all. Those of us relying on good old fashioned televisions for our viewing needs would appreciate being able to view the episodes without having to go to extraordinary lengths to do so.
Today, I got a reply from them:

A different episode will air on Saturday and Sunday nights on Lifetime Real Women (LRW). Check with your local cable provider to find out if LRW is available in your area.
At this time, no decision has been made regarding a third season of "Blood Ties," so please stay tuned to Lifetime or visit our website.
Your feedback has been forwarded to the appropriate department and we sincerely hope that we reflect your interest in the future.

Of course, I didn't tell them that I was getting the show through torrents, as I live in Canada and have no access to any channels that run the show (yet. Apparently Space will be running it, but who the frell knows when. Also, I don't really watch stuff on TV, as I don't really have the time in the evenings, and it's simpler to just d/l the stuff.)
So, I guess those of us without access to mylifetime.com (they block traffic from outside the US), or a US version of the iTunes store (I can't buy it through the Canadian store) will have to rely on other sources. I'm pretty sure there will be a scene rip, but as to when, well, that remains to be seen.
